Spampino in Strozza

 

Non è soltanto fumettista e attore, ma anche un cantautore (e ottimo per giunta). Poche settimane fa Spampino ha registrato alcune delle sue belle canzoni nel casolare di strada Strozza, nel mantovano, dove gruppi quali i MUR, gli Uzzolo, Le Palle di Marte e altri, hanno fondato una realtà musicale, più unica che rara in Italia. Nell'attesa che le songs di Spamino escano, ecco un piccolo schizzo a penna, in sala registrazioni.

He's not only a cartoonist and an actor, but also a songwriter (a great one). A few weeks ago Spampino has recorded some of his best songs in the house of Strozza, next to Mantua, where groups such MUR, Uzzolo, Palle di Marte and others, founded a musical reality, more unique than rare in Italy. While waiting for the songs come out, here's a little sketch in pen made by me, during the recordings.

Où es-tu Mathias?

Queste sono alcune delle illustrazioni che ho fatto per un racconto di Agota Kristof dal titolo "Dove sei Mathias?". La tecnica che ho usato ha come scopo di illustrare il delirio onirico del protagonista Sandor (quello disegnato "normalmente"), in una sorta di gioco di specchi, di sagome e di riflessi, dove i personaggi incontrati non sono altro che una porta per questo strano racconto, senza spazio né tempo.

…lo so sono un po' prolisso, ma fa figo.

These are some of the illustrations I did for a story by Agota Kristof titled "Où es-tu Mathias?". The technique I used, has as its purpose to illustrate the oneric delirium of the protagonist Sandor (the one drawn "normally"), in a sort of game of mirrors, silhouettes and reflections, where the characters encountered are nothing more than a port for this strange story, without space or time.

I know ... I'm a little 'wordy, but it's cool.
